I invite you to practice and go through your personal process, along with the book, which is a continuation of the Border Process.
The Bretarian process is immersion into this experience,
after becoming familiar with the wide spectrum of topics contained in the Pranic Process.

Here, for 12 weeks, you will discover the lightness of the Heart dimension and in this awareness you will recognize your Freedom from program eating and drinking.
Detailed instructions will be posted here because at some point in the work with the conditioned mind there is a need for discipline to change program patterns and codes.
In combination with meditation and conscious breath, you will discover yourself beyond schematic behavior.
This is a kind of training for the mind and body. The time when old neural pathways change and thanks to that you can say goodbye to automatic returns to food. Each process involves a conditioned mind, and therefore it seems that we need this apparent time to discover it in ourselves.
